We loved the convenience of this hotel's location! It's right next to a major train station which made getting around very easy. We also appreciated that there were three different convenience stores nearby for quick snacks or supplies. The staff were exceptional - they were very friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations and even made some reservations for us. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi! we had a great stay here.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the main Ikebukuro metro station. This is very convenient for exploring Tokyo and getting around the city. there are plenty of food options and shopping opportunities within a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is also professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
Some guests had a negative experience due to noisy neighbors who were not considerate. The hotel management's response could have been stronger in addressing this issue.

I had the best stay at this hotel in Ikebukuro. The location was amazing, being so close to the train station made it super convenient to explore other areas of the city. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. the staff was helpful and friendly.

Great Location for metro: The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to navigate and explore the city. there were numerous restaurants in close proximity, providing plenty of dining options.
This would provide a greater sense of security.

Great location, just a 2-minute walk from Ikebukuro station. Convenient with stores and eateries nearby. Polite and helpful staff. Direct bus access to Narita Airport. Functional rooms with added USB outlets and free WiFi.

The location of Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro was fantastic, with the Ikebukero train station and Metropolitan Plaza nearby. The train station was well signposted in English, making it easy to navigate. The hotel itself was quiet and restful, with convenient access to a convenience store and all the necessary facilities. The room, although a bit small, had almost every basic thing I needed. The hotel's proximity to popular tourism spots and the airport made it a highly recommended choice. I would definitely come back to Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro.
